"Really nice flat after issues with check in were solved. There was no soap in the dispenser and 1/2 roll of toilet paper, and one coffee pod for a multiple day stay. Owner brought soap/toilet paper but not coffee pods. And I couldn’t get the overhead shower to work - so just had the handheld. Searched everywhere for a button or lever to pull. The bedroom was beautifully decorated and furnished with views over the adjacent parkland. Off street parking was available and the hotel is in central Falaise so convenient for the local amenities and museums and Castle. "
