Small apartment in Culebra with a large courtyard, best value on the island!

Small, no frills apartment on Culebra with all of the essentials! Ideally located within walking distance of the town center, airport and ferry dock, as well as a short 5-8 minute drive from Flamenco, Tamarindo and Melones beaches. The apartment features a bedroom with smart TV. Secondary room has a fold out couch, table and a small kitchen, complete with a stove, coffee maker, sink and small fridge. Everything you need for a beautiful beach vacation! Enjoy your morning coffee in our large front courtyard, surrounded by luscious vegetation which provides privacy and ambiance. Disclaimer: the bathroom is small, ceilings are only 6 foot 2 inches. The shower drains slowly, necessitating a 5 minute wait between showers. This is a result of years of guests neglecting to rinse the sand off of themselves in the outdoor shower before entering the apartment and showering. The doors have slats that open to allow a breeze in. This is the best value on the island! The split ac is currently in need of maintenance, which unfortunately takes up to a month on the small island. We have a floor AC installed in the meantime which does a great job cooling
