Enjoy fabulous bush and beach views from this generously proportioned Award winning house set at the end of The Bowery right on the beach.

The house has recently been renovated and has quality inclusions.

The house follows the contours of the dune over three levels.
Facing the beach the top level has expansive dining and living areas flowing onto a sandstone terrace and lawn overlooking the beach. The deck on this level houses the spa, barbecue and outdoor eating area.

The kitchen is well equipped and the large open plan dining and main living areas are tastefully furnished.

The main bedroom/parents' retreat (king size bed) has its own separate deck and a luxurious ensuite. On level two are two bedrooms, (one king bed and the other two twin single beds) alongside a bathroom, separate toilet and spacious TV and family room.

On the lower level are two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. A hot outdoor shower is great for washing off after a trip to the beach.

You can watch your friends surfing or fishing directly in front of the house or enjoy the abundant birdlife at your doorstep.
Quality appliances include Coffee making machine and grinder, large flatscreen TV in TV room, Bose sound system, free Wi-Fi.

This house is perfect for families, intergenerational family groups or couples.

ADDITIONAL per person per night charges may be waived in peak periods when the base rate is higher. CONTACT OWNER to discuss.

Great position right on the beach with sweeping views
The property is situated at the top of the hind dune right on Culburra surf beach at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and next to a bush reserve.

The property has sweeping views from the ocean to the east over the beach, north to Crookhaven Heads and then on over the hinterland to the escarpment in the west. Be lulled by the sound of the waves whilst sleeping or relaxing outdoors - a perfect family holiday or romantic getaway just 2 1/2 hours drive from Sydney.

For your added security, this property "Coast@Culburra" is only managed in Australia and we never request payments be made to overseas bank accounts.

Stayed @ coast for my Fathers 80th birthday with 3 generations of family and pet. Judy the host was extremely accommodating and the property was excellent, well stocked pantry moments to beach, great BBQ etc. would definitely stay again and recommend.

We all enjoyed our time in this lovely house. So close to the beach, great space for teens and oldies, to mix & separate. The hot tub was ideal for aching muscles after a day out running, surfing or kayaking.

Great relaxing city break
The location was top notch with the sound of the waves crashing as you fall asleep. We enjoyed looking at the stars and and the ocean. The kitchen is fully stocked and great to make a family dinner. Judy was very friendly and helpful, all instructions were clear and we would recommend to anyone.

Fabulous time in a beautiful beach house
Group of 8 friends had the best time in this beach house. Rooms were comfortable and clean with quality bedding, towels and kitchen appliances right down to the knives and saucepans. Couldn't be happier with our experince which far exceeded our expectations. We will defintely book again.

Great house in fabulous location
This house ticks all the boxes for a great beach holiday. Fabulous location and aspect with views to the ocean from the main living spaces and the jacuzzi on the deck is a great luxury touch. The only small complaint was the cleanliness. Whilst it’s impossible to keep an ocean fronted property spotless, the house could do with a deep clean. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Fabulous Stay
The house was absolutely incredible, beautiful and open with your own little piece of the beach! The spa was used every night, with everything you need in the kitchen (plus more). It was a little hard to find the house and there was a small issue with the lock box, however did not impact our stay at all. Would absolutely recommend!

Excellent location and access to the beach
Good overall property, prompt communications with Judy and easy access. Property could do with a deep clean and isn't as modern overall as the photos suggest. maybe fencing the back yard which overlooks the ocean as our dogs escaped to the beach and neighbouring properties a couple of times which was fun. Kids loved it and overall an enjoyable stay.

This was our 2nd stay at this beautiful property. We enjoyed it as much as the 1st time. Judy was responsive and helpful. The property did not disappoint. The new OLED TV was a nice touch since our trip last year. We will definitely be back.

Amazing property and amazing location
We absolutely loved our stay at Coast@Culburra. The house is modern, comfortable, very well equipped and has amazing ocean views from the lounge room, kitchen, bedroom and spa! We were lucky enough to see dolphins jumping out of the water while we were sitting on the grass outside. Coast@Culburra is only steps away from the beach and very private. Our dog had a ball and our teenager was very happy too!

Stayed 15/16 October. We loved our stay at Coast@Culburra. Direct access to the beach. Beautiful views.. watched the dolphins swim past from the living room.
