Excellent Retreat in Cul-de-Sac, St. Martin
Francois was a wonderful guest. Check-in was very easy - I was messaging with him prior to our arrival and let him know what approximate time we would be arriving at the villa. He was there to greet us and took the time to show us everything. Very thorough!
The property is located in a secluded and quiet neighborhood. The deck and pool overlooking the bay is amazing!
They recently replaced the wood deck with concrete for the majority of the deck. Not a big difference, just pointing out a new update since the photos were posted.
My wife and I were staying here and the A/C worked perfectly for cooling down the room at night. There are two bedrooms upstairs that also have A/C units for use. We did not use these rooms, but they appeared wonderful as well.
Full kitchen, with some provided spices and all of the pans and dishes you could need. Even some grocery bags to use at the grocery store which was very close to this property, maybe 5 min drive. We went there every other day to pick up a couple of things here and there. Very easy.
To do around the villa - as the listing shows, there are two kayaks available for your use. Just a short walk down the hill to access them where they are locked up along the water's edge. One 2-person and one 1-person kayak.
I already have recommended St Martin and this property to many friends and co-workers. It was wonderful and had everything you would need.
