"The staffs are super friendly, Mr.Francesco V. showed me 4-5 rooms till I decided on the Junior suite. He also helped us with the luggages. There was another gentleman works at front desk, unfortunately I didn't grab his name. He helped us to process the room upgrade, and also recommend us restaurants. We will definitely revisit this hotel because of their amazing service."

"It is quiet and at the airport, so you don't have to leave the premises. Extremely convenient when you have an early morning flight! Everyone is very professional and courteous. "

"The Staff were all very helpful. Piero was amazing (from the bar area). The only complaint is that the room got very hot. Which is good but even though we tried lowering the temp it was very hot. Otherwise, Glam Hotel is a great choice to stay while visiting Milan."
