Duplex in Villaricos, on the first floor (with no lift), in a urbanisation only 200m far from Cala de la Esperanza and 500m far from La Dolores Beach, with free Wi-Fi, TV with Spanish channels, a balcony, a roof terrace, and air conditioning/heating in living-dining room and master bedroom,

Maximum capacity 4 adults. On the ground floor: fully equipped kitchen and living-dining room with fireplace and access to a terrace. On the first floor: 1 bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom (with bath and shower), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, and 1 shower room. On the second floor: a roof terrace with sea views. Free parking space available in the underground garage of the building (with no lift).

Located in Harbour Lights urbanisation, with communal pool, jacuzzi and garden areas, close to bars and restaurants.

IMPORTANT: Reasonable consumption of electricity up to 15 Kwh / day is included. The surplus will be charged. In case of discounted monthly rent, electricity is NOT included. Small / medium size pets are welcome in the accommodation (1 pet / reservation), but not in the common areas of the urbanisation. Groups of young people are not accepted (NO DREAMBEACH). Smoking in the accommodation is not allowed.

Villiriacos and chill
This is a small hamlet where you just escape the noise of back home. It is endearingly Spanish and forces you to at least try and speak some Spanish. Good fun. The people the place and the Sunday market are great. There are a number of small restaurants locally and you can adventure (need a car) to Vera, garuche and mojacar for a more wider selection. Grat enjoyable holiday will return.
