"This is my second time staying here, but I'm sad to say that the rooms I got this time were a little dated and smelled like mold (both of them). I booked two rooms, and the other room had a working aircon, but unable to turn off or adjust settings. I even bought new batteries for the remote. SMCO representative was nice and helpful, but I felt weird leaving the room keys in a locker with NO LOCK. what if someone stole the keys and cleared out the room? Will I be responsible for that?...

"Location of the unit is good but we Ask for 3 people to stay but gave only 2 BABY/ TODDLER blankets and 2 towels as there is additional charge for the 3rd towel. The unit smells gross, musty or roach smell needs to be clean thoroughly."

"Yohan’s Coolspace Tagaytay is a wonderful property with a 23 floor building which has a lovely view over lovely Tagaytay. The representative Kay is friendly, kind and hospitable. We have stayed for several weeks in various rooms, each being clean comfortable with all amenities. I highly recommend Yohan’s Coolspace for travelers visiting beautiful Tagaytay."
