Long term rental | between October and April rental is offered with a minimum of 4 weeks. the online prices apply with the discount voucher for a long-term rental.

AROUND THE MAS :
The village of Cucuron is famous for its typically Provençal side and has served as a backdrop for many films. It is located near Lourmarin, 30 minutes from Aix en Provence, 40 minutes from the TGV station, 50 minutes from Marseille-Marignane airport and Avignon. The center of the village is accessible on foot. Two tennis courts are 200 m away.

Easy access to many hiking and cycling trips in the surrounding countryside. In addition to beautiful Provencal markets, the region offers superb walks for walkers, riders or mountain bikers. Visits of cellars to discover the local wines, ornithological center, tennis, golf, visit of Provençal Colorado, museums.

- Fully equipped kitchen, induction hob, electric oven, large fridge, large pantry (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, American fridge, microwave ...) all appliances are recent and quality. The kitchen and its dining area communicate directly with the living room for an optimal user-friendliness.
- Toilet in the entrance.
- Separate library with fireplace.

- Master bedroom with full bathroom and toilet and direct access to her own terrace, garden and pool. King size bed 180 cm, wardrobe. room equipped with Mitsubishi Electric air conditioner + mosquito nets

- The Spa is only accessible during winter period ( November - March) - it is not accessible during spring summer and autumn period ( April - October)

UPSTAIRS :
4 bedrooms, all with views of the garden, the pool and the Luberon. Bedding mattresses and linens are new, of very high quality and comfort. All bedrooms equipped with mosquito nets & Mitsubishi Electric air conditioner

- The Mas get a low temperature heated floor for your confort in winter ( very confortable) .

- The Mas was renovated in 2015-2017 using the best natural materials for the insulation, large and big stone wall. Mosquito Nets to keep some windows open during the night and enjoy the fresh cool air.

OUTSIDE :
Two large terraces:

- Terrace kitchen with barbecue and plancha, large teak table for 10 people. Protected from the sun.
- Garden-pool side terrace with garden furniture for 10 people, outdoor table for 6-8 people.
- Swimming pool (salt treated) maintained by a professional (protected by an electric shutter and an alarm for your safety)
- Pétanque field, Table tennis table.
- Shelter cars and parking.

A walk to the village is enough to find everything you need: local market, small shops, cinema, library, bistros, excellent restaurants around the pond.

It is an authentic Provencal farmhouse which welcomes you, established on a vast garden of more than 1600 m2, in the village of Cucuron.
You will enjoy the whole farmhouse with an area of 270 m2, the farmhouse is designed for holidays with family or friends.
An entrance closed by a gate as well as parking for 4 cars, a separate garden

Linens, towels and bath towels are provided.
The beds are ready just before your arrival.
The end-of-stay cleaning is included in the rent.

Concierge services: we can organise additional households during your stay, make food purchases before your arrival, organise the rental of bicycles (electric), cooking classes, etc ... ask us!

THE RULES TO BE RESPECTED -
- Maximum of 10 people Sleep at the house ( 8 adults & 2 children maximum), except written authorisation of the owners.
- Do not smoke inside the house.
- No animals except authorisation.
- No parties or wedding.
- No more than 10 people allowed in the house at a time including guest
- The noise must be maintained at a level compatible with a residential area.
- The deposit is fully refundable after departure, provided the rules are not broken and the property and its contents are not damaged. Check-in and check-out

- Check-in: 17:00 (5.00 pm) - 20.00 (8.00 pm) - arrival after this time on rdv only, extra cost 50 euros.
- check out: Departure: 10.00 am
The arrival and departure time may be relaxed provided they do not conflict with those of other customers.

The people who manage the place live a short distance from the house and take care of the maintenance of the Mas, the swimming pool and the garden and the respect of the rules by the customers.

- You rent the entire MAS, and the entire property. except private storage area and Spa room who are not include in the rent.
- Independent access by the street, second car access through the large gate, parking 3 places
- Our house is not accessible to people with reduced mobility
- Possibility renting racing bikes or electric bikes with our partner "Vélo Luberon".
