It was very icy weather when we arrived in January ( of course - it's Colorado), therefore being located at a high altitude we had a little trouble getting up the road leading to the cabin. But the neighbors were excellent to help us. Really good neighborhood, very friendly and willing to help us in any way. Neighbors even loaned us snow sleighs to use. "It's the second time we've stayed at Aspen Leaf (a different condo). It's quiet with cute chalets. The owner responded very promptly when we had a small issue with the front door lock. IF you enjoy hiking, there's a trailhead right behind the condo. We plan to stay again!"
