"This was a quaint little cabin. It is pretty small but had all the amenities, even some bear spray. There are 4 beds for 8 people and one bathroom. Not much of a front or back porch. The master bed was memory foam and felt like a soap dish. Some of the windows do not have coverings. It is at least a 25 minute drive to the highway. Then an hour in either direction for a town. So it is isolated. Overall it was an ok stay."

"Not really set up for a long stay. A coffee maker and a shower would make even a short stay better."

"The cabin is lovely and relaxing. It is isolated enough to enjoy the solitude of the land around you without being far from a neighbor. The location was perfect for us who had family staying at different venues from a hotel in Trinidad to camper camping at the creek a couple of miles up the road. Of the different cabin type places to stay - this one is exceptionally lovely. We would definitely stay again."

"It was an amazing pick. Cabin secluded in the hills with views of the Spanish peaks. Everything you need is there. 40 min drive into Trinidad. They have snacks, and we left snacks for the next visitors. We left candy, popcorn, and some sodas for movie night. They also have board games and movies. We grilled burgers and with those views! We appreciated the privacy. We can’t wait to come back. "
