"Spacious apartment located in ideal position to see the old town. Stayed on 5th floor, lift goes to 4th floor then flight of stairs to apartment and roof terrace. Living area had a raised platform with two steps to reach sofa and coffee table, so this apartment would be unsuitable for someone with mobility issues. There is a coin operated laundry and left luggage lockers in the basement. Excellent value for money. Only thing I would improve is to put the mop/bucket/broom etc in an aired...

"A wonderful place to stay in Segovia! The rooms are comfortable, the environment is quiet, and all attractions are within walking distance. However, I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the internet was very slow one night and completely out the next. Unfortunately, we had no way to contact reception to resolve the issue."

"This was a very comfortable stopover. Jesus was wonderful at check-in and although he spoke very minimal English, we communicated well. He explained to me about visiting Segovia and gave me a map and although I wasn't planning on visiting it, I went and it was incredible. I am so glad he encouraged me to go. "We thoroughly enjoyed our November 2024 stay at the Aralso hotel in Segovia. The front desk staff had so many great tips for touring the city. The apartment was clean, fully stocked, and very cute. Definitely we’d stay again! "

"El apartamento estaba muy limpio, bien localizado y en general agradable. Ahora vienen los peros, el patio no es utilizable y no hay vistas a las montañas. Las tele apenas se veía por cortes de la señal y No había Netflix (no es que me preocupe mucho pero no lo tenían). La nevera es de las pequeñas y el congelador ínfimo. Es cierto que admiten mascotas pero con un suplemento por limpieza de 10€ diarios. Estuvimos 3 días y no he visto ni rastro de la limpieza diaria."
