"There is NO beach. It’s like a rundown marina. The closest beach is 40 mins. There is nothing close to the stay. I wish I booked something in the center of the city because it was nearly impossible to get a taxi or a grab. And when you did it was very expensive ($40 CAD). Its not worth booking this place to save money. Also the address brings you about 3 blocks away from the actual property. You have to walk through sketchy streets. Its a shame because the staff is so sweet."

"La Villa est superbe dans un coin un peu retirée des grands hotels, c'est pour cela que je l'ai choisie. Cependant le jour de notre arrivée le gérant monsieur Nhat nous informe qu'une famille habite dans une chambre mais qu'elle sera absente durant notre séjour. il ne sait pas trop s'il rentre la veille notre retour ou le jour même. Aucune information mentionnant le partage des espaces de vie, cusine, terrasse n'a été mentionné dans l'annonce. Je pensais que je louais une villa avec deux...

"Very good value for money. Spacious villas with good appliances, comfortable beds, helpful staff and services. Location is not bad as it is easy to get to night market with buggy. Other places are easily accessible by getting a Grab. Parts of the hotel is still under construction so beware that noise can be an issue. Mia and her manager were very helpful and apologetic in addressing the noise issues and it was resolved efficiently. "
