"This is a wonderful hotel in the heart of the city - walkable to most attractions but also transport links easily available. We got a room upgrade and arrived at night to find that our balcony was facing the magnificent Parliament building!!! Magical!! Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff at the hotel were excellent and couldn’t do enough for you. I would highly recommend this hotel and this beautiful city!! "

"On the Danube and looking across to Pest and the Parliament building is a great vista night and day. The Budapest transport system is unbelievably good. Goes everywhere and is quick and very frequent. The tram stops right outside the hotel. Super nice breakfast with friendly staff who are also very helpful. The beds are quite soft and very warm. The air con wasn’t on but will be shortly - it was in between seasons. There are no windows that open so you would rely on this working in the summer heat. The one window is full and panoramic and affords the brilliant view. Quite quiet as well considering the road and tram are directly below. Recommend 5th floor or above. The bathroom is quite small and has a shower."

"The Leo, the hotels roof top bar is stunning. Great open air balconies with sweeping views down the Danube river, parliament building etc as well as behind the hotel where you will see Fisherman’s Bastian, royal palace etc. Service is friendly (by Hungarian standards, as not known for their service) and professional. Hotel Building is stunning, very luxurious, modern and decadent . With a cosmopolitan vibe. The rooms are compact but well appointed and highlight would be the walk-in rain shower, excellent large comfortable bed and espresso maker (with proper glass walled cups etc) Negatives would be the size of a standard room, the opening of the shower/wc doors is essentially into the bedroom area. It’s a unique setup and not seen in other 5* hotels I have stayed in before. "

"Reserving my hotel at Crowne Plaza is probably the best decision I’ve ever did! Location is perfect, close to metro and right next to the mall. It offer a wide variety of restaurant to go. The staff were exceptional! I highly recommend it if your are planning to go in Hungary. "

"Just had 4 nights, it’s a great hotel a very good sized room, well cleaned and a good breakfast with a wide selection for any taste, a good quiet area within walking distance to places of interest, staff are very polite and professional, I would highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to return should I visit Budapest again "
