Detached stone house in a characterful village 2Kms from Goulien beach, Morgat and its shops and 200 meters from the coastal paths.
This completely renovated Penty, facing south, will allow you to enjoy the peace and the garden, it is fully enclosed, parking for 2 v cars.
The nearest beaches are Goulien and Lostmarc'h, very famous for surfing and windsurfing.
the proximity of the coast will allow you to also take advantage of the coastal path (gr34).
We welcome you all year round.

Superschönes Steinhaus, von innen renoviert und isoliert mit tollem Kamin-

Wir waren im Herbst dort und begeistert von der Ausstattung! Madam Cornec ist sehr gewissenhaft und begrüßte uns mit Kuchen und Cidre. Wirklich empfehlenswert für Surfer und alle anderen! Strom und Wasser sind extra zu zahlen.

Accueil charmant de Denise, la maison est très propre et très bien équipée. Nous avons pu rayonner à vélo dans toute la presqu’île qui est magnifique !

Idéalement situé sur la merveilleuse presqu’île de Crozon à proximité immédiate des nombreuses plages , sites et commodités. Cette maison de caractère , dans un écrin de verdure et de fleurs , soigneusement rénovée et très bien équipée offre confort , calme et toutes les conditions pour passer un superbe séjour. Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Der Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gefallen. Es ist ruhig gelegen aber man ist mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten im nächsten Ferienort (Einkaufen, Strand, Restaurants). Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut und noch etwas besser, als in der Objektbeschreibung dargestellt. Wir hatten verstanden, dass es 1x WC und 1x Bad gibt aber in der oberen Etage befindet sich neben 2 Schlafzimmern auch noch eine Raum mit Dusche/WC. Es gibt eine Terasse sowie auch einen Gartenteil sowie Grill & Liegen / Stühle. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr nett. Da wir so gut wie kein Französisch können, haben wir halt Google-Translator hier und da bemüht.

Sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit Vermieterin. Haus perfekt ausgestattet, ruhig, mit schönem Garten. Auto erforderlich, um an Strände oder Ausgangspunkte vom Küstenweg zu kommen. Super Urlaub!

Une belle semaine

On se sent très vite chez soi dans cette location où rien ne manque, où tout est pensé pour y vivre vraiment. L’accueil est complet (présentation du lieu, lieux à ne pas manquer, petites attentions) et en toute simplicité. Tous les points de vue sont accessibles en mixant vélo et randonnée pédestre. À noter que l’eau et l’électricité sont en plus du prix de location : 90 euros environ pour la semaine pour une famille de 4.

Haus zum Wohlfühlen

Mme Cornec ist eine sehr aufmerksame und nette Vermieterin, die uns herzlich begrüßt hat und uns erste Tipps gegeben hat. Das Haus ist super sauber und die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Ein Schlafzimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss mit separatem großen Bad, zwei weitere Schlafzimmer plus kleineres Bad mit Dusche befinden sich im Obergeschoss. Das Haus liegt zwar etwas abgelegen, dafür aber ruhig. Nach Morgat sind es nur wenige Minuten ebenso wie zu einigen Stränden. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und können dieses Haus nur empfehlen. Nochmals ein herzliches Dankeschön an Mme Cornec!

Superbe endroit et location très fonctionnelle

Bien situé à proximité de Morgat, permet de rayonner du cap de la chèvre à la pointe des espagnols quelque soit le moyen de locomotion. Accueil très sympathique de la propriétaire.

Hôte, logement et séjour au TOP !

Super séjour ! Mme Cornec est très gentille et accueillante. Une Presqu’île MA-GNI-FIQUE 😍 Le logement est propre et surtout pas d’humidité . Equipée comme « à la maison » il y’a tout ce qu’il faut ce qui est très appréciable. Le jardin est très agréable, et l’environnement est calme. Un séjour au TOP 👌🏻👍🏻. Nous gardons précieusement l’adresse pour y revenir lors de prochaines vacances.

Le charme de la Bretagne

Petite maison bretonne typique, agréablement située dans un petit village. La ville de Crozon et les plages sont à 5 mn en voiture. La maison est très bien équipée « comme à la maison ». Très bon accueil de notre hôte, qui nous a informé de belles ballades à faire aux alentours... sans compter son délicieux far breton à notre arrivée.
