"Carol and Jarrett are great hosts and nice people. Pictures are representative of the casita. When you arrive the casita is behind the garage. They were doing some landscaping upgrades while I was there. The AC is oversized so no worries that us cold weather people will melt in the heat. I was there for a week long event at Ben Avery sports park. The location is about 12 miles north of Ben Avery, but it only takes about 20min driving. I will likely stay here again if it is available. There is about 1/4 mile of dirt road to get to their place. There are a couple of spots with limited visibility so go slow for safety and keep the dust down for the neighbors. I don’t think people will have any problems with the road, unless your car has been significantly lowered. No 4x4 needed, I noticed a corvette in one of the neighbors garage. "

"Beautiful property, fully surrounded by the woods with other cabins a decent distance away for a safer feeling. Perfect place for if you have dogs and the surrounding area is very open. The host, Sona was very friendly and communicated everything regarding the trip perfectly. Would love to visit again in the future :)"

"We loved our stay at this casita. Beautiful views all around and plenty of comfortable outside seating areas. Comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet neighborhood with great stargazing. The casita was spotless and everything was well stocked. We lacked nothing. I bought some bagels from the bakery and I was very happy to find a bread knife there to cut them with. I was very impressed. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed including creamer for my coffee and fresh eggs. They even made sure the hot tub temperature was set to our liking. Super nice hosts. We loved meeting the sweet donkeys. They are so cute and friendly. Our stay here was perfect and we hope we can stay again."
