"What a delightful hotel. The rooms were modern, stylish, clean as a whistle and well equipped. The building is equally stylish and well maintained. We didn't eat in the dining room as it was very busy but crossed the road to a restaurant clearly popular with the locals where I enjoyed the best Cafe Gourmand of my life, for a very reasonable price. "The first room we got assigned had no towels, a dirty shower and missed pillow cases. The reception said that housekeeping couldn’t come back to clean and we were assigned another room. It appeared that it was cleaned but the airconditioning wasn’t working in this room. This property is old, not maintained (leaking air conditioning in the hallways) or cleaned (dirty carpets) . Staff didn’t even care when I told them I had a terrible stay upon check out. They just smiled. When paying 300 Euros...

"Everything was great about this place. Super clean, right in the beach, and close to downtown and the casino. There was just one really odd element- I tried to buy a bottle of wine at the bar downstairs to take up to my room, and this seemed to be a big hassle. The bartender had to call some one to find out how to ring it up and the tried to give me 4 glasses- I can’t imagine it’s a foreign concept for someone to want a bottle of wine in their room. "
