"We stayed at the property as a base for our stay in Belfast. Whilst a relatively small property, it was okay for our needs in terms of what we were looking for as a base. It was clean inside but the outside area (windows & doors) could have been better and the tree outside was littered with dog poo. In terms of location it also certainly fit the bill in terms of being close to the City Centre. However, during the week, there were multiple construction events happening which started at 7.30am....

X3 bathrooms complete with complimentary shower gel and shampoo but the shower cubicles need some attention and a thorough clean. The blinds on the bedrooms were not sufficient to cover the windows with some slats missing, we were ok as dark winter months but could cause problems in the summer. "Reached out days before arrival to get check in information and Had lockbox for key. Bread, pancakes, mini muffins with butter provided. Used notebook left for instructions on check out. Only one bathroom for 9 people in 5 bedrooms. Located 30 minutes driving time to Belfast. Parking on street or at church. Very cute cafe shop located across the streets with delicious fresh homemade donuts. Room were clean."

"Our stay was great! The owners were very responsive - we only had one towel when we checked in but they got us some more very quickly. They sent over recommendations as well prior to. It was easy to find and the street parking is plenty. We were on the other side of the river of downtown Belfast but was still easy to walk to, about a 20 min walk. "We had a fabulous stay at Ashside Cottage. We were welcomed by Richard and Caroline who gave us a tour of the house and filled us in on places of interest in and around the area. The cottage was beautiful with parts dating from 16th century. It had everything we needed, including home baked bread. It was very cosy and comfortable and we enjoyed returning home each evening to relax and discuss the days adventures. The garden was amazing, it was lovely to walk up to the top and be greeted by...

"The townhouse was perfect. Beautifully equipped. “Pass the keys” is an awful management company. It took 3 days for them to respond to questions , I will not rent another property managed by “pass the keys”."

"We stayed for 3 nights for ease to be closeby to the Royal Victoria Hospital - which only took us about 8 minutes in the car. Check in was brilliant, really lovely member of staff on the desk.
