Each room has been sympathetically re-decorated to provide a clean modern feel yet maintaining the beauty of the traditional Victorian period features. After an adventurous day, relax in the main lounge, equipped with a comfortable sofa big enough for everyone to snuggle up and enjoy the warmth of the log burner. Or, if wanting to play some board games or read a book you could alternatively cosy up in our second lounge, 'The Snug'.
The large, bustling kitchen is ready for you to produce a culinary feast using the finest locally sourced produce, or relax and share a take-away from the delicious Thai restaurant, just a few yards away.
Take a moment to unwind in one of the large, airy double bedrooms. Each bedroom has its' own special view of either the 'Links' Golf course or the North Sea.
With access to a blue flag, dog friendly beach allowing enjoyment for all including fossil hunting, rock pooling , surfing, or long walks across vast, golden beaches. Golf courses are abundant in the area as well as ample opportunities for bird watching and walking.
There are 3 pubs, a local shop, Thai restaurant, fishing tackle shop and a quintessentially British tea room, all right on your doorstep.
Nestled in the countryside, between two sizeable traditional seaside towns is West Runton. An idyllic location for peace and tranquillity yet still full of essential holiday amenities.
The village itself offers everything you might need including 3 pubs, post office, village shop, tea room, golf course, restaurants and direct access to blue-flag, unspoilt sandy beaches with opportunities for surf hire, paddle boards, rock pooling, a beach cafe and the infamous West Runton elephant.
From Links View, you can drive to Cromer or Sheringham in 5 minutes or, if the tide is out , you might like to walk along the beach to these locations or follow the coastal path over the Beeston Bump.
It is only a short and picturesque drive along the coastal road to Blakeney, Wells-Next-the-Sea and Burnham Market, to name a few.
