Staircase leading to first floor landing and door opening to: Lounge: with comfortable sofas, Smart TV, opening into: Open plan kitchen/diner: with gas hob with electric double oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, and dining table with 6 chairs and patio doors, with step down, leading into garden with patio table and chairs and lawn. Please note: Location: beach 12-minute walk, local shops 0.4 miles. 1 small, welbehaved dog permitted at £20.00 per week. Outside: enclosed, mature garden with patio and grass (please note the railway line is beyond the fence) and outdoor furniture. WIFI. Linen and towels provided. Slightly sloped driveway parking for one car. Play area for young children over the road.
