"I love the refurbishment and particularly like seeing the black and white photo of Rod and Elton in the bath. Superb welcome by Owen on Reception when I checked in. Nothing too much trouble. Lovely chat with the lady serving breakfast. I asked if I could take the Hungarian chef home with me!! An extremely memorable breakfast. As Arni would say "I'll be back" Thank you to all the wonderful staff at The Dormy House West Runton Norfolk. The bed was huge and cosy - don't make me go!!"

"Overall a nice property with friendly staff in a good easily walkable location to the seafront and shops bars there. It has a nice bar and does good food in the restaurant and the general areas were well kept. What let it down for me was the room we had was lacking in that there was very poor water pressure in the shower, tv didn’t work, minimal hanging space and generally tired. They do have different types of rooms however and we were staying in what I think was the oldest part of the property...

"Everything was spotlessly clean and comfortable and the host Henry was charming. Breakfast was delicious and was served very quickly. The building site next door was not very scenic but once the neighbouring renovation is complete this will be resolved. A very pleasant stay ."
