"When we booked this place we spent months excited about it and talking about how cool it would be. And then we got there and it lived up to all of our hopes and more! We stayed for a month and never got tired of the amazing view from the castle to the grounds and from the grounds to the castle. A superb garden for playing games in and a lovely walk via the gate at the end of the garden. Although no amenities within walking distance it is only a short drive to the local supermarket and Chartres.
