"This property fulfilled our expectations. Plenty of space, a well equipped kitchen for cooking, a large swimming pool, and a table tennis table. Walking distance to shops, and restaurants, and many woodland walks in the local area. The barbecue was unusual, and the remote keys for the gate a little unreliable. But overall a great place for a family holiday."

"This was a stunning property in a stunning area of real, non-touristy Italy. The villa was furnished in a traditional rustic style and was comfortable and well equipped. The outside . area was particularly inviting with lots of space to eat and a pool to die for. My 4 grandchildren, aged between 2 and 6, had to be dragged away from it! The countryside Is beautiful with the backdrop of the Dolomites and Venice was an easy train ride away from Conegliano station which has free parking. We visited...

"The property was very nice, clean and close to everything we wanted to do. The only down side was that there was only one shower and the bath tub was not in working order. One shower was very inconvenient for seven people especially because of the hot humid weather we were having,"

"Beautiful spacious villa, it was immaculate inside and it had everything you will likely need in the kitchen. The place is very glamourous and it is even larger than it appears in the photos. The location is excellent and you have amenities nearby plus you're at the foot of the alps. The host was very friendly and couldn't do more to help. I'd certainly recommended this place for families looking for a quiet getaway."

"Totally enjoyed our stay. Views and backyard area are spectacular. Our group enjoyed Aperol Spritzers on the deck while taking in the view. Did not find road noise an issue at all."

"What a beautiful Villa and property! This was our home base for day trips north to the Dolomites. There was plenty of space for us. The weather was very hot when we were there, 33° and higher. We had air conditioning in the attic bedroom. Air conditioning in the first floor bedrooms would have been ideal for our other guests."
