"Stunning property with amazing views from balcony. Rooms were very nice with good AC. Breakfast had many options. The food overall was average and I would expect better quality for such a grand hotel, though this really did not take away from an overall great experience!"

"The hotel location is excellent, few minutes walk to the old city, 10 minutes walk to ferry terminal and airport shuttle Staff, they were ALL amazing, specifically Olga who helped me to upgrade my room with no charge when she saw that my original room wasn't functioning well. Also, Yurii at the reception, very cheerful, helpful, and polite .
