Kentucky Derby Family Trip
This house really meet our needs and exceeded our expectations. To be in such a peaceful surroundings between derby crowds was fantastic. My regret is not booking for a longer stay! Breakfast overlooking the lake…Heaven. Thank you so much for making our family trip comfy cozy!

Perfect for our family
Well maintained, nice spaces for everyone. The three king rooms were especially nice, and the two and 1/2 baths worked out well. View is nice. Would happily stay here again if we wanted to visit the Ark, Creation Museum, and Kentucky Horse Park again, with the quick access to the interstate. Very nice to have some condiments and spices available, as well as a great supply of coffees, along with some breakfast treats.

Fantastic host and property
The host for this property is outstanding. GREAT communication and helpfulness. The property description was spot on . The house was clean and well supplied for our stay. Everything worked as expected. I would highly recommend this property and host for a visit to that area. We hope to stay again next year when we visit Harvest Apostolic Church in Williamstown Ky for the Alpha and Omega conference !

Wonderful Vacation house in N. Kentucky
This house is the perfect place for a family to stay while checking out nearby attractions. This house has it all! We had a ball playing air hockey in the basement and watching movies on the large screen in the basement theater.

The location is fantastic only 2-3 min off the interstate in a safe neighborhood. The house had everything we needed and was clean. A plus would be a shower in the 3rd bathroom downstairs but other then that it was great.

Seeing the Encounter of the Ark
The property was in a good location for visiting the Ark. my only suggestion would be comfortable living room furniture. It was a peaceful location and the kids enjoyed the game table.

This was perfect for our group of 7 adults, a teenager and 5yo. Plenty space to spread out but also areas were we could be together and hang out. We went to the Ark and creation museum and the commute was easy for both locations.

Trip to the Ark Encounter
The property was wonderful. The kids loved playing with all the toys they had. Big kids loved the projector for the movies. The adults enjoyed challenging each other to ping pong. Beds were wonderful and the place was super cute. Great location to the Ark.

Host had excellent communication. Everything as listed. Nice extras like shampoo and conditioner, snacks, and coffee pods. Very comfortable beds. Even though neighborhood and home were a little older, it was very clean and had everything we needed for our short trip. Best location for distance to museums.

Very Nice Place
Our family totally enjoyed our stay! Lots of space, the 3 King beds were a bonus. Our grandchildren and children took advantage of the media/rec room. We enjoyed late evenings and mornings on the decks and patio. The yard was great for the kids to play in! Very clean and organized!

We chose this place due to how close it is to the Ark Encounter and accommodating our group size. Location is fantastic! The host communicated expectations and check in/check out details well. We had more than enough room for our group of 9. The kitchen was stocked with seasonings and condiments which we really appreciated. 2 full baths and a half bath made it great for hosting our group and they were stocked with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All in all we really appreciated everything this place had to offer and wouldn’t hesitate to come again! Conveniently located not too far from the main highway but we never heard any traffic noise.

The Ark Encounter/Creation Museum
My sister, and our husbands took my parents to see the Ark encounter and the creation museum. This property was located in a great area between the two. It was as advertised, very clean, and worked great for our needs. They had many extras, including games, tv’s, and game tables. We would definitely stay again. Travis was quick to communicate and address a small need that we had.

Wonderful host!!
We had a wonderful time visiting Kentucky! Upon arrival, we found the AC unit wasn’t working properly, (Ridiculously, unseasonably hot weather!) and Travis responded immediately to solve our problem. We relocated to another one of their rental properties, which was superbly clean, very kid friendly, extremely well kept, and a lovely experience! Would absolutely recommend this host and look forward to staying again.

This house was great for kids. We had a family of six, so I had to wash towels every day. It was very clean. Had a communication error with the host, we waited outside for a hour waiting for him to text me the code to get inside the house. The house could use extra pillows and blankets.

We had an awesome time. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of dishes pots pans and cooking utensils. We loved the game room and projector screen downstairs. It has surround sound and you felt like you were in a movie theater. The fishing was excellent if you like to fish. The neighbors on each side were really cool and gave us tips on were to fish. Travis made us feel welcomed and that he was available anytime if any issues came up. Which they didn’t. We are definitely staying at this property again.

Family vacation
We travelled to KY with my mother and brother-in-law so this house was perfect. We all had our own rooms and space. The only thing that would've made it better is a full bathroom downstairs so that the majority of the house didn't have to share the upstairs main shower. My teenagers were occupied with the games and air-hockey/pingpong downstairs so I didnt have to hear the "I'm bored" comments. The projector was nice but I would suggest bringing movies. The house was clean and the property manager communicated with us throughout our stay. Its very close to the highway which made it easy for us to hop on and travel to our destinations.

Quick Ark/Zoo birthday trip
We brought my father in law up from Alabama for a birthday trip to see the Ark. We also wanted to check out the Cincinnati zoo, so this property was a perfect fit for us being in between. My 13 year old actually picked the property for us; her deciding factor was the ping pong table and the games ha! The property was very clean and cozy. The andults each had our own bedrooms with King size beds, which was very nice. My husband and I slept downstairs in the “game room”. We had plenty of space for everyone (my sister in law and her husband, my in laws, and my 2 teen daughters, and my husband and I). We like to play games, so we spent a lot of time at the house; we cooked breakfast every morning and found the kitchen to be conducive to big meals. Anything we could think of that we may have needed, the host had, from fans to space heaters. (The downstairs can be a little chilly.) The host is very responsive. We would definitely stay here again if we come back. We also highly recommend the Ark and the Cincinnati Zoo!
