"The flat was not as it looked in the pictures. Turned out to be a pokey studio flat with a view that had other windows looking down into it from a distance of 10 feet away. Coupled with the sound of roosting pigeons just 5ft outside the window as it was a kind of courtyard. The advert stated free parking. This is incorrect these properties have NO parking onsite. My partner and I didn’t stay, we relocated to a premierinn. I would avoid this place. "

"The Hayloft is a lovely property. It is very stylishly appointed - an extremely comfortable bed, fab modern bathroom and a small kitchen area for preparing breakfast. It’s very well located for visiting the Suffolk coast. "We were able to gain access to our property alot earlier than stated and was very pleased with the quality of the apartment and the sea view's. All we required, that's food and entertainment was literally out our front door and no more than 100 metres to the left and to the right. Would definitely stay again. Only downside was the British weather."

"Donna was a great host! Responded very quickly, and the check-in instructions were very detailed and helpful. "Great location. Beautifully clean inside. Well equipped kitchen. Double bed very comfortable, but creaks a lot especially when getting in and out of it - not great for light sleepers. Outside space needs to be tidied up and weeded - lets the place down badly. Small maintenance jobs, like renewing the plug in the bathroom, ensuring the pedal bin works properly have been outstanding for a long time when looking through the maintainance log."

"I am disabled and this was a thoroughly convenient premises well laid out for wheelchair/scooter. Everything worked well including the electric armchair which was similar to the one I have here. One suggestion would be for another grab rail on the wall to the left of the loo cistern and also clear instructions on use of microwave … we are both over 70 and gadget adverse !?
