"This is a well-maintained, well-equipped and comfortable home with LOTS of room for multiple people. The unusual amenities included a large backyard, completely outfitted office, and play area for children both in the refinished basement area and outside. Perfect for two families to share. The usual amenities were also excellent- hot water, water pressure, heating and cooling and very comfortable beds. Communication with the host was good. The home is near lots of shopping and other services....

"When we entered this home, my first thought was adorable! The four of us were very comfortable here. For a smaller place, the bedrooms were sizable. The beds were comfy, and we slept well. This may sound strange, but one of the first things we all noticed was the quality toilet paper. So many places use the scratchy, cheap stuff. Next on the list were the soft, fluffy towels. Again, many homes we have stayed in have small or thin towels. We would definitely stay here again! "

"What a nice cozy place this was. I travel a lot for work and I'm so burned out on hotels. It was so nice to be able to cook healthy food, do my laundry, and use the grill. Everything about this place was fantastic. "

"What a lovely setting for a spacious place to stay, kick back and rejuvenate! It’s an incredible quantity of rooms and spaces to spread out and rest! "

"This place was as described. It was a great, quiet place to kick off a new year. There were only two of us but definitely could have more people and have your own space. Communication was good. Lots of things to do when going out or just stay in for peace and quiet. Would recommend and stay there again. "

"We stayed here for a family wedding outside of Omaha. The neighborhood is nice and everyone had ample room. The house is a little older and could use a bit of fixing up. This was accurately reflected in the photos for the most part. However, for the time we were there and the price, it fit the bill. Host was great and very responsive! "

"Great location within walking distance of Holmes Park. The house was newly redone with 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor (one with an ensuite bathroom) and a 2nd full bath in the hall. There was a 3rd full bath in the basement. It had a nice private back yard. The beds were reasonably comfortable and the towels were nice and plush. "

"Easter in Lincoln was very fun! Spent time with our college student and attended Monster Trucks, Top Golf, church and a lot of good restaurants!! This property was very well kept and extremely clean! Would definitely stay here again and would recommend others give it a try! Great location for any activities in Lincoln!"

"This is a student housing building, where apartments are being rented via an external company based in the UK; there is no lobby or person to ask for help on the premises. You have to pick up a key from a lockbox with a code, etc, which is an additional step. Also, the company requires you to share a photo of your ID in advance or else they threaten cancelling the booking. They sent me a wrong key pickup code once and I had to call a British phone number to get it sorted out. It is all doable,...
