"Excellent house for a family get together for Thanksgiving and enjoy a Ducks game. Kitchen very well stocked with nice appliances and cook wear. Nice bowls and serving platters for Thanksgiving dinner. Appreciated the propane grill. Rooms were good size and comfortable. Large living room. Nice porch with view overlooking Eugene. Short drive to downtown and campus. Host was very responsive."

The two full size foldout beds in the living room were a nice surprise so no one had to sleep on the couch (though they could have as it was large and comfortable). We registered our two cars online in order to be able to park and paid 40 to the city for our 3rd car to be able to park legally. The instructions were in the home manual. "The owner was great. Communication was quick and easy. Master bed and bedroom is spacious with nice bathroom. The other two bedrooms have a total of three twin beds. The office has a blow-up queen bed which wasn’t what we expected. The futon is nice in the living room but the other couch is in rough shape."
