The home basks in the western glow of our beautiful sunsets and enjoys views of Red Lady Bowl, the Peak, Gothic and Whetstone Mountain from the lower east side of town. Design highlights include amazing custom lighting treatments, Pogoloff custom kitchen cabinetry in bamboo with lyptis counter tops, walnut trim and doors throughout, cork flooring, a 2-story soapstone gas fireplace and a stunning custom steel and bamboo staircase that stretches from the entryway to the third floor.

Any additional vehicles would need to be parked on the street in front of the property. These will need to pay attention to winter parking regulations and be moved daily.

All guests must be 30 and older to rent this house. Children are always welcome with their parent or guardian.
