It has great access to all the fun recreational activities the valley offers in the summer and winter. The views and relaxing vibe of CB south is what makes this home a gem and you are not going to want to leave!
Bedrooms:
Perfect for couples or families, you'll find three bedrooms- two king beds, and one queen. A good night sleep is a must on vacation. Both king beds have Casper mattresses, and the queen is a Bear mattress. There is also a pack n play in the master bedroom for your little one. Again, if you do use the pack n play just clean the sheet and return it to the bag and closet when you depart. This is not part of the cleaning crews duties.
Bathrooms:
There are 2.5 bathrooms. There is a half bathroom on the main level just off the living room. The master bedroom has a full bath en suite , and the king and queen rooms share a full bathroom with a double sink. Please use the black, small towels marked for makeup.
Kitchen:
Our kitchen is fully equipped to cook your gourmet meal on the gas range or make your favorite morning muffins! We know how important a cup of Joe is so we have left you whole beans and a coffee grinder to make a fresh brew. We have a crockpot for the chili for after skiing dinner. We also have aluminum foil, plastic wrap, salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil and a variety of spices for your convenience. There is a high chair for your little one in the closet on the main level. This is not part of the cleaning crew's duties. We tried to make this as easy as possible so if we are missing a necessity please let us know. :)
Parking/Garage:
There's a heated one car garage, and two spaces outside. The garage is NOT suited for very tall vehicles- a Subaru Forester and Hyundai Santa Fe fit with little room to spare both vertically and horizontally. You'll want to be careful if your vehicle is much larger than those or just park in the outside available spaces. Please do not leave the garage open for any extended period of time especially in the winter, pipes can freeze. There is ample storage space for bikes, ski equipment and any other outdoor toys /gear you bring with you. There is a ski rack to secure your skis in place (just make sure they are dry when you hang the skis). The first space outside is across from the garage, and the second is to the right when entering the quad-plex.
Washer/Dryer:
A full stackable washer and dryer is available for your use. There are two complimentary laundry pods available in the master top dresser drawer and dryer sheets.
Pets:
We do allow dogs. If you are bringing a dog, please let us know prior too booking and please check it off on your booking. There is a $175 nonrefundable pet fee if you bring your furry best friend. We have a one dog limit if you have more than one please communicate with me about potential options.
Pet rules are to help keep the property well kept, so we can keep allowing dogs. If they have an accident, clean it up. Don't let your dog on the furniture. If you do need to leave your dog unattended, crate him/her. If you didn't bring a crate, we have one in the garage you're welcome to use. If you do leave your dog unattended and he disturbs the neighbors, we'll warn you one time ; if there is a second complaint after that, you'll be asked to leave. Lastly, please do not let your dog pee/poop in the back yard - we'd like everyone to be able to enjoy the space out back with out having to avoid land mines. Thank you.
During the winter:
The RTA bus picks up in CB south at the Red Mountain Park. The best option to get to Mt. Crested Butte is to park in town at the 4-way stop free parking lot and take Town Shuttle (Powder express) up to the mountain. That bus runs about ever 15 minutes.
Other stuff:
There are no parties, smoking (inside or out) or drugs allowed on the property.
A Blink camera is installed in the garage to monitor the garage door and to make sure it doesn't stay open too long especially in the winter.
You'll have access to the entire townhome. Enjoy your stay!
I am here for you and if you need any assistance during your stay our numbers are in the Welcome book for your convenience.

Our townhome is in Crested Butte South. It is quieter and more relaxing than the busyness of town and Mt. Crested Butte, but we are still very close to all the action. Hiking and mountain biking trails are just up Cement Creek Road (within a mile or so from place). Cement Creek and the East River are also right out the door and offer excellent fly fishing opportunities.
Our townhome is 15 min. from Mt. Crested Butte. Free parking options for skiing are: park at Red Mountain Park (in CB South) and take the bus, park at 4 way in town (large lot) and take bus to the mountain, or there is a public parking lot near The Plaza (the early bird gets the spots). Lastly, there is paid parking on the right hand side just past the Grand Lodge on Gothic Rd.
