Modern, stunning remodeled mountain home featuring 3 BED, 2.5 BATH with open living space on the main level, fully stocked chefs kitchen and panoramic 360 views. Enjoy sunset views and stunning views of the surrounding mountain peaks all day long from large windows throughout the house, and/or outdoor living from the deck.

The main living area has vaulted ceilings, a state of art kitchen, seated dining area with walkout access to the deck. This floor features a ½ bath, TV/Entertainment, pull out sofa and mudroom with washer/dryer. Chef’s kitchen features a gas stove, toaster oven, (filters and good coffee provided!), french press, microwave, and is well-appointed for use during your stay.

Downstairs features 3 carpeted bedrooms that sleep up to 8 and are almost equal in size.

Detached Garage is available for guest use during your stay and an additional exterior patio area with Adirondack chairs for in-season enjoyment. Enjoy views, privacy, and a modern appointed interior on one of CB’s most desirable streets.
Please note four wheel drive is required in the winter months.
Car, free shuttle

We are located just past (~1.5 miles) Mt. Crested Butte Resort right off Gothic near the Mt. CB Town Hall/Police Station, and approx. 4 miles to downtown CB. The free shuttle service called First Tracks. Simply download the app and schedule a pickup/drop off from this home to the base area. If you go “out on the town” feel free to use the free bus service from the town of CB to Mountaineer square then schedule the free first tracks shuttle to bring you straight to your front door.

CB is a small town that is easy to get around. Our place has privacy, views, and access to make your trip next-level! Downtown CB has excellent restaurants, shops, and bars—Welcome to the best mountain town in Colorado! Ski/Ride, Hike, Bike, Fish, and so much more, this is a town for all seasons, plus downtown CB has excellent restaurants, shops, and bars—Welcome to the best mountain town in Colorado! The house is less than 1 mile from several hiking trails.

PARKING PLAN: There is no street parking allowed in Mtn. CB. All guests must park in the driveway. We recommend a max of 3 cars with one in the garage, and the other 2 parked close to the house and not blocking access from the road. This is especially important in the winter to allow for plow access. Snow removal is done when we have 5" or more. One additional car, up to 4 total may be allowed in the Summer months.

Cleaning fees are pass through, this is a mountain with a labor shortage, high costs and living wages are paid.

Amazing stay
This house has everything you need and in a wonderful location with great views. My only comment is that the bunk bed/trundle mattress’s aren’t the most comfortable for adults but good for kids.

Great Stay
We have stayed here twice now and it’s been excellent. It fit our family of five very well. We didn’t bring our dog this time but had him with us last year. It’s well appointed with a wonderful view and responsive owners.

Awesome views
It was a very nice place except for some pet hair on the pull out couch. Great views and kitchen well stocked. Bathrooms had shampoo and plenty of towels. I would stay here again if visiting Crested Butte.

I stayed with my family of 5 and dog. The house fit us very well and had everything we needed. There was even soaps, shampoos and coffee provided which was an awesome small treat. Highly recommended.

Summer Get-Away
Fantastic property in a stunning location. Crested Butte is one of my favorite mountain towns — not too big, not too small. Gorgeous views in every direction. And this property delivers as a perfect family retreat. The house has everything you need and is situated in an incredible spot (walking distance to a ski lift - and biking distance to the town of Crested Butte). Well-appointed, clean and comfortable- the house was an absolute treat! Hope to come back in the winter months. Thanks for having us!

We had a wonderful stay in this home! Amazing views! Fit our family and grandparents comfortably. Very clean, well appointed with what you need. My husband used the pull out bed in the family room a couple nights for an early morning bike ride escape and said it was very comfortable too. Great stocked kitchen with all you need including spices. We loved being north of town close to the trails. We hope to be back! Thanks!

We visited Crested Butte for a family wedding. The house was just as pictured, it was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The beautiful views added something extra special to our stay. Definitely would stay here again.

Great place very cozy. Would stay here again. Roads are well taken care of. Location is on the hillside but travel to slopes is by car. The bus routes are not ideal and it’s a decent walk to the bus stop. Just stay here and drive to slopes and either pay for parking or get there early and capture the free stuff.

Great getaway
We really enjoyed our time at your property. The kitchen was so well stocked with cooking equipment. The beds were very comfortable. We saw the note about picking up dog poop off of the deck, and that made us realize how annoying it was to have animal guests on the property. We were diligent about taking our dog out on walks or onto the grass and picking up after her. Thank you so much for letting us bring her, as we really enjoyed the hiking and swimming adventures that she got to have.

We had the most wonderful experience at this beautiful home so close the the ski resort and downtime Crested Butte. The home was so clean with a bright and open floor plan and decorated perfectly. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything you could possibly need and so comfortable to stay in. The views from the deck and living area were unbelievable. The detached garage just next to the home with access through a wonderful laundry room made it so easy to load and unload your cars! The hosts were so easy to communicate with before we arrived to answer questions! Of all the VRBO’s we have stayed at this one is far and above any of them ! On a scale of 10 I give it a 50! We will definitely use it again and again !

Layout of the house worked well for our family. We enjoyed the well stocked kitchen (tons of appliances and pots and pans), the deck, the patio, and the location. It was a great mid-point between Crested Butte and Gothic. Perfect for heading down to the river or hiking. We really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you!
