This is one of the most spacious units in The Timbers complex. Built in 2016, this modern condo is the perfect base for solo wanderers, couples, and small families. Enjoy all that Crested Butte has to offer – the best mountain biking in Colorado, world class skiing, a Nordic center, fly fishing, festivals, and incredible hiking trails. This top floor, corner, mountain facing unit is located just a 5 minute walk from the ski area base with dining, bars, and a coffee shop. There is a free shuttle that picks you up at the base of the building to take you where you need to go, including the Town of Crested Butte. There is also a small grocery and liquor store within walking distance.

The Timbers - Views and Comfort
This property merits its premier host rating: very clean, modern, and comfortable. We appreciated these small touches: easy to remember door code, detailed instructions for the coffee maker and TV, choices for bedding from thin blankets to quilts, rainfall shower head, kleenex! Lots of windows and new furniture.

Beautiful Views
Our timing for this visit was great for viewing the beautiful fall foliage. The condo was exactly as described - very clean, well equipped kitchen, bedding, comfortable beds, plush towels, etc. The location was excellent with an easy and short drive in to town and beautiful views of the mountains right from our balcony. Very nice condo
This is a very clean, well stocked, top floor, end unit condo. Beds were very comfortable and entire unit was tastefully furnished. Also very quiet with easy parking. Balcony was a little small but being to open the door and let the cool mountain air in was wonderful. Would absolutely stay here again!

Quiet and Comfortable Mountain Perch
Enjoyed our stay in this clean, modern, and nicely furnished 2-bedroom place with my brother and sister-in-law. On the top (third) floor of a building with an elevator, end unit, which was bright and surprisingly quiet. Nice view of Mt. Crested Butte. Would stay here again.

Ladies getaway
After hiking from Aspen to CB, we arrived at the condo which was a very comfy place to relax the rest of the weekend. Comfortable beds, ceiling fans, and a nice living room to hang out in. The shuttle stop is incredibly close and convenient as is the coffee shop around the corner.

This property was immaculate. It is an end unit condo. Nicely decorated, full kitchen, very small deck only the size for 3 people at the most, but with great views. The bedrooms and bed were very comfortable. Nice size bathroom. Convenient to outdoor hikes as well as in town shops and dining. The area was surprisingly quiet despite a good number of nearby condos. There is a cleaning fee. The grounds around are lacking a bit in landscape, but overall this is a great condo.

Excellent Location
We stayed in this home for a spring break ski trip. The property was perfect for our family of four. We did not feel crowded and greatly appreciated the full kitchen, which included food storage containers! Most of the time I bring baggies, expecting not to have food storage containers available. This home is located right by the shuttle stop to Crested Butte ski area, saving us time and money! We were impressed with the ski locker area as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location and view. Good communication. Difficulty getting into outside key pad at times (it would stick or lock). Good room size, nice shower, good living room space for a small group. No Elevator in building. Stairs only. Would recommend.

Top of the mountain views and easy access to slopes
We had a great stay. Pleased with the layout, the ammenities, the kitchen accoutrements, and the comfortable beds. Check-in was simple with all the electronic codes. The view on summy days was spectacular. We had breakfast facing the mountain and on a couple afternoons enjoyed a hot buttered rum on the deck. Chad was great and checked in on us the day after we arrived to make sure all was well - that was appreciated. We loved the fact that it was only a 10 minute walk down the hill to the slopes. We rented a locker, so we didn't even have to lug our boots back and forth. CB is a great place to ski; we loved the short lines, the great runs, and the courtesy of other skiers. While there is a bus (either by the condo or down at the base of the mountain), since we had a car we found it just as easy to hop in the car and drive 8-10 minutes to a restaurant or the grocery store. Would recommend and plan to come back.

Fantastic Location and Well Appointed Unit
We had a great stay at the condo. The unit is beautiful, has everything we could have needed, and the location was super convenient for skiing. Not quite come back for lunch in my ski boots close, but pretty dang close and quick to get to the lifts. My favorite part was the beautiful top floor views and lots of natural light in the unit. To top it off, Chad and Pamela were very responsive to any of our messages and requests. Would definitely stay here again next time in Crested Butte!

All the photos, descriptions and instructions were accurate and we had no issues locating the property. No surprises when we arrived but one question which was answered quickly. What you see is what you get and it was a great NYE visit for us - easy access to the lifts with convenient skiier drop-off. We'd stay here again.

Great Christmas at Crested Butte
Chad has a beautiful 2 bedroom condo which has an amazing view of the mountain. Chad's unit was clean with excellent instructions on entry and departure. There is an excellent bus system to the mountain as well as hot tub with easy access. If you like skiing and the more quaint experience of being away from the I-70 area, this is a great option.

Best as Timber
I have stayed at so many timber condos over the years and this one truly is the actual best unit in the entire building. I didn’t realize beforehand that this was the top end unit, the rooms are bigger and the living space is overall bigger than the other units. Noise can be an issue at this building, everything just tends to be loud. While you can still hear people below you, none of the rooms are connected to another unit so noise is far less. The beds were also super comfortable. They have black out curtains which all other units I’ve stayed in don’t have, and it is so helpful. The place was clean, check in and locks were easy, the unit had what we needed as far as toiletries, and owners were super responsive. Also, the view is amazing and not obstructed by anything. A great experience overall, we wish we could’ve spent more down time there but that’s hard to do in CB. 10/10, hope to stay here again!
