"Welcoming hosts, lovely gite, very clean. All relevant facilities in the kitchen and bathroom are available. It is a very quiet and peaceful area, perfect if you want to get away from it all. For those who can't live without their phone, there is WiFi, and three TVs! We loved the animals around, rabbits, free range turkeys, horse (not to be eaten!). The hosts are very friendly. "We were greeted very warmly by Philippe and his wife, and they offered us coffee when we arrived. We were then shown around the accommodation and given details of the surrounding area and attractions. The accommodation was well equipped and spotlessly clean. It was perfect for our break and in a very quiet area, but easy to find. Nothing was too much trouble for Philippe during our stay which we enjoyed immensely. We hope to return next year, and would definitely stay here again. "

"Gite propre, mais odeur de renfermé qui persiste dès que les portes et fenêtres sont fermées. Bon confort literie sauf le lit gigogne dont le bruit des lattes est insupportable pour le lit du bas. On a du dû déménager ma fille dans le clic clac du salon. Cuisine équipée sauf couteaux pour cuisiner, eau très calcaire donc dépôts dans la bouillir et traves de blanc sur la vaisselle qui sort du lave vaisselle. Conseil : faites votre vaisselle à la main. "

"Overall experience of the property: - Owners friendly, with a bottle of wine in the fridge on arrival - Fantastic pool and a lovely garden - Superb location to visit all of the key areas / sights within the Dordogne Few points to note: - The stairs in the property are very steep, therefore, not suitable for young children or the elderly - The wifi didn't work very well and was intermittent - not a deal breaker but useful to have - Very hot upstairs as no fans or a/c - again not a deal breaker...
