"Lovely traditional property with modern amenities with a good size pool. Very peaceful rural location. Excellent communication from the owners of the property and Mr and Mrs Keys, the property managers, were extremely helpful and accommodating. You will need a car to access supermarkets/sight seeing etc. but there are lots of beautiful areas to see. Cognac is beautiful and reasonably close. "We stayed here in August 2017 and had a super week. The weather was amazing and we were in the lovely pool every day without fail. The house itself is a real home from home. Comfortable beds, quality bed linen and towels and an excellently equipped kitchen with an easy-to-use gas range cooker. The American style fridge freezer with ice maker was a big hit!
