Direkt am Strand, aber...
... direkt hinter dem Haus geht das Gleis entlang. Dort rauschen den ganzen Tag die Güterzüge durch, im Schlafzimmer nach hinten raus kann man also kaum schlafen. Da es keine Klimaanlage gibt, muss man das Fenster offen lassen und den Lärm in Kauf nehmen, oder man schläft bei geschlossenem Fenster minimal ruhiger, aber deutlich wärmer. Zudem kassieren die Vermieter in der Hauptsaison eine ganz passable Mieteinnahme für das Angebotene, aber investieren scheinbar kaum in die Grundsubstanz. Die Küche machte den Eindruck von 40 Jahren Alter, die Möbel fielen fast auseinander. Auch im Bad wurde lang nicht in Instandhaltung investiert, die Bodenfliesen wackelten, die Duschkabine war kaputt. Wer damit leben kann, hat allerdings einen schönen Gemeinschaftsgarten mit Spielplatz und Pool sowie einen direkten Zugang zum Strand.

Lo Único bueno las vistas
Lo único bueno de apartamento son la ubicación y las vistas, todo lo demás deja vastamente que desear, una falta de mantenimiento grande, los muebles de la cocina y baño rotos, un olor a cerrado y a humedad impresionante ( no pudimos dejar la ropa en el armario), falta de enchufes, de utensilios para cocinar… relación calidad precio fatal!!!

Mini vacaciones
Decir que el sitio era estupendo y que hemos estado muy a gusto mi pareja y yo. El único pero es la hora de salida,a las 10:00es demasiado temprano. Aunque nos han dejado un ratito más para recoger...esto es lo que cambiaría. Todo lo demás genial. Gracias.
