"The hotel, which I have used a few times, feels a little tired with some communal areas looking quite shabby ( toilets on floor 1 as an example ). The service was good and helpful. "Lovely stay in the Penthouse - good space and amazing views. Hotel is a little tired in places but that is reflected in the price plus the main bar area and staff more than make up for it."
