"Firstly this was my second stay and I was not offered a free room upgrade as they advertise for their rewards plan. Upon arrival we was checking in and the guy at the desk told us the keys are in the door, we went around to the small building and there was no keys, the maintenance man (who was very nice) had to come and climb into the window, whilst he was doing this we realised the bench at the front of the cabin was completely disintegrating. Go on and book it!

"We loved our stay here, we experienced 3 days of relaxation, brilliant service and food. The Spa is spotless and if you avoid rush time will not be busy (though has space to everyone). I had to treatments with Sophie and I super recommend that you book, worth every penny. We had a dinner and breakfast at their Dune restaurant and again the food was great and the people was helpful always with a smile. The room was spacious, comfortable and same for the bathroom, though we would love to have more hooks for towels as it was a bit of struggle to where leave them overnight. For the gym bunnies, they have group classes and I attended the yoga which was very relaxed. Maybe to improve I would say some of the decor was damaged, so a bit of a TLC would be nice in the rooms and promote the group classes more as we found by chance while waiting for the Spa access. "
