From the moment we arrived at this beautiful property, we were greeted very kindly and the communications with the owner Mr. Albracht and housekeeper Mr. Dupont was very clear. "This property was excellent and had everything we needed & more. The kitchen was well equipped and had cleaning products & store cupboard essentials which was much appreciated rather than having to go out and buy everything. The pool and outside area was clean and spacious. We did not have a car but the bus stop was very close with regular services into Annecy. Any questions for the owner were replied to quickly. We would recommend staying here."

"This was a very short notice booking and the owners were very helpful to sort this out. Another location had fallen through for us and we all had leave booked. Our children also had flights booked (Geneva) so at short notice (3-4 days) we needed a house for 6 people. The owners did their best to help us out and we appreciate that. "Quite simply, this beautiful villa, with it’s breathtaking views of the mountains and Lake Annecy is a little piece of paradise. . The owner, Jean-Pierre, was a charming and wonderful host, looking after our every need. Communication was excellent, the villa was in a great location and was immaculately clean and very well equipped. We would not hesitate to recommend. "

"We had a wonderful two weeks in this home, enjoying the spectacular views of the mountains and Lac d’Annecy below. The home itself and the hosts are lovely, wonderful for kids and having meals with our friends, swimming, walks in the adjacent forest, playing table tennis and badminton, reading books on the terrace, etc. But the area is incredible as well - Annecy itself as well as day trips to hike in Chamonix; visits to family in Geneva, walks in Semnoz, visits to Les Gorges du Fier, cycling...

"Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cette magnifique maison décorée avec goût. Tout y est fait pour se sentir bien. L'équipement de la cuisine est parfait. Nous avons profité de la grande piscine donnant sur un jardin à perte de vue. Une vue superbe sur les montagnes. Les propriétaires sont tres prevenants et joignables tres facilement.
