"They need to hire an events coordinator. There was very little to do. Organized activities at the pool for adults and kids should take place. A bonafide New Year's party with dancing at the hotel would have been great. Encouraging customer interactions thru shared activities would be wonderful. automatic tip added to everything was abusive. The hotel, rooms, balconies, beach were amazing!"

He answered questions before we had them: eating locally, food delivery, grocery, best ferry and bus routes for where we were headed. "This small but very well appointed unit was clean and pretty. It is in a residential area just off a main road on a bus route so easy to get around and has lovely ocean views. It suited my needs perfectly and was ample for 2 adults to stay ( my daughter and I). There really wasn't anything I needed and couldn't find. "Owner was absolutely wonderful. Checked us in right away even thought we were a bit early. It was pouring rain and he upgraded our room to try and make up for the poor weather--super thoughtful and kind. A few hundred meters from the hotel is a restaurant called Clarabells.
