"First time visiting Crans-Montana and we were not disappointed - the hotel was a little older but extremely well maintained and very cozy. The staff were so friendly and the restaurant onsite had an amazing fondue offering. They have a drop off and pick up ski service that made it super easy to get on the mountain as well. We'd like to come back in the summer and will definitely consider staying here again."

"We had a beautiful room with a large balcony with a view of the mountains. The staff in the hotel were charming and helpful. Breakfasts could be had in your room or the restaurant. There was yoghurt with homemade fruit compote, fruit salad, and delicious rolls and pastries."

"We had an amazing experience at Crans Montana Suites. All of the staff were very helpful and welcoming. Pablo even gave us some great recommendations for places to eat around town. It was very convenient for skiing with only an 8 minute walk to the Arnouva gondola. We really enjoyed playing pool and backgammon in the lobby and having drinks or coffee. "The apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped, and had a beautiful view of the mountains, with a patio outside. The owner, Francine, was very welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond on several occasions to make our experience the best it could be. There was access to wonderful hiking trails nearby, just be prepared for some steep inclines! One thing to note is that the resort area of Crans-Montana is very expensive, but there are many great things to do and see there....
