Hillside complex "Terrasse des Alpes". In the district of Marigny 400 m from the centre of Montana, in a sunny position, 1.5 km from the lake, 1.5 km from the skiing area, south-west facing position. For shared use: indoor pool heated (12 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Oct. and 16.Dec. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 08:00-20:00). Hot tub, terrace. In the house: lounge, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Shop, supermarket, restaurant, bar, café 400 m, bus stop "Montana Poste" 300 m, railway station "Funiculaire Montana Gare" 450 m, lake Moubra 1.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 3.8 km, skisport facilities 1.5 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Swimming pool (about 26°) and hot tub closed in November. Hot tub from 16 years old. The building is built on a sloping ground. The floors are to be considered as levels (calculated from the terraces at the back of the residence). In case of heavy snowfall, it is not allowed on the order of the administrator to clear the terraces.

Séjour agréable
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce petit appartement au calme et relativement bien agencé mais un peu vétuste. Garage intérieur à disposition. Belle piscine couverte avec jacuzzi dans la copropriété. La terrasse extérieur est appréciable mais nécessiterait un lifting ! L'accès est facile et le centre de la station est facilement atteignable à pied.

Logement bien agréable, vue des montagnes au réveil depuis le lit est superbe. Belle terrasse. Salle de bain un peu vieillot (écran douche mal en point, pomme de douche à remplacer). Cuisine assez bien équipée sauf manque quelques casseroles de taille moyenne (appart pour 3 personnes, pas pour 6) et plats fours. Si non propre et agréable appartement. Pas vraiment une chambre séparée, mais plutôt une alcôve, mais ne gêne pas si on est seule ou en couple.

Schönes Studio für 2 Personen
Schönes Studio für 2 Personen. Als positiv bewerten wir: eigener Garagenplatz, WLAN im Zimmer, großes Schwimmbad mit Whirlpool,separates WC, gute Ausstattung, relative Nähe zum Zentrum. Außerdem fanden wir es sehr gut, dass wir das Studio für 9 Tage mieten konnten, da uns 1 Woche zu kurz ist und 14 Tage zu lang sind. Als leicht negativ ist die Parterrenlage zu bewerten, da dadurch - zumindest im Winter - die Sonne auf der Terrasse früh verschwindet.
