Beautiful, comfortable apartment house "Les Faverges". In the resort 200 m from the centre of Montana, 700 m from the lake, 700 m from the skiing area, south facing position. In the complex: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house, public car park at 100 m, extra. Shop 140 m, grocery 160 m, supermarket 130 m, restaurant 250 m, bakery 150 m, bus stop "Montana Poste" 50 m, railway station "Funiculaire Montana Gare" 350 m, lake Grenon 700 m. Golf course (18 hole) 2 km, skisport facilities 700 m, ski rental 450 m, ice rink 600 m, children's playground. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de la Moubra 1.8 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Additional accommodations can be booked. The residence is built on an incline. The floors are seen more like levels (calculated from the bottom of the residence).
