"TIP for the SKIERS: at the hotel reception you can get a much cheaper ski pass (approx. CHF 54-59 per day) than at the ski site or on the internet. Don't forget to ask for it!! If you book through a portal (like Hotels.com) the hotel might not give you this important information. Good location but not ski in/ski out (10-15 min. walk to the nearest ski site). Nice view. Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. No kettle (no tea/coffee) available in the rooms. "

"We first stayed here as the Bella Lui Hotel but it is now run by a youth hostel organisation. It has lost the charm of the private hotel and is now, because it is a hostel, more functional. The period furniture and ornaments have been replaced by standard facilities. However, the staff are very helpful and location is the key - within walking distance of Crans centre with some amazing views. But the breakfast is the big disappointment.
