"A good stop over option"

"This was a wonderful hotel experience from start to finish. Myself, my wife and our 10 year old daughter stayed in a family room which was clean and spacious. We received a very warm welcome on check-in, unfortunately I did not take the gentleman's name so I can't name-drop him here. Similarly, the lady on check out was lovely too. We were staying as my wife was flying from Gatwick. It was a ten minute drive to the airport from the hotel. The location is really convenient if you want to avoid on-airport parking prices. Overnight parking was either £10 or £12. I believe that to be very reasonable. Myself and my daughter have already booked again for two week's time when wifey returns, and intend to make use of the pool on that occasion. Many thanks to all the staff. You have demonstrated what great customer service is all about. "

"Signing in was uneventful the gentleman hardly spoke to us. Our room was lovely clean and bright. We slept well in a comfortable bed. We used the pool but was surprised at the steps to get out were not fitted properly and left you unsure if they would hold you. Overall a good experience "
