"We really loved the garden and the birds including a magnificent nuthatch, which visited regularly. It was wonderful to be in nature, we enjoyed the walks, the nature reserve and wild swimming. While the kitchen and living room were great, we do have some feedback on the state of the bedding, bathrooms and downstairs bedrooms. The pillows and duvets were smelly and stained. "Stayed here for a couple of nights over a long weekend and was very impressed. The rooms are very nice, clean and well decorated, accessed via a small flight of stairs around the back, away from any noise of the pub main building. Plenty of guest car parking, very good food and drinks at decent prices and friendly helpful staff. would stay here again and recommend to others. Excellent choice form the breakfast menu and it was all good."
