Deep, clear water makes for an incredible waterskiing and fishing location! Paddleboards, kayaks, & huge Lilypad float included with stay, as well as a jet ski ramp and large covered dock for your boat(s) (or rent a boat from Cappy’s just down the road). Inflatable for tubing and kneeboard also available for guests. Children love the swim deck and ladder and having a huge shoreline to explore! Gorgeous coves nearby, as well as minutes as away from Smith Lake Castle, Smith Lake Park, and Trident Marina & Grille (...Hello, amazing 5-star waterfront restaurant with live music!)

This was a nice little property for my son and I to stay and fish. The covered dock was great - long enough to get my fishing boat well protected. Good views there and shade for the hot days.

Enjoyed my stay here! Easy lake access, especially for Smith Lake. House is cute, has most everything you need. The driveway is pretty steep, but I find that to be very common for the area. The easy Lake access really makes the spot special. Most rentals you’ll have to descend from Everest to get to the water, this one you do not!

Great location! The house was nicely decorated and had everything we needed and then some. Are they were not too many steps to get down to the lake, which was good for grandma. I could not ask for a better view to drink morning coffee, and watch the sunrise from the deck. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had the best stay! It was the cutest place for us to have my friends relaxing bachelorette weekend!! The views are unmatched! House was cozy and clean!! Weekend on the Water
This location worked great for us to spend a weekend on the water. The house is close to the water with a short walk down to the boat dock. Everyone we met was very nice and welcoming. We always enjoy staying at smith lake and this property was definitely a hit for good water access and a nice place to enjoy the evenings on the patio.

Our stay at the Lilly Pad was great from the accommodation to the outdoor experiences. The view from the house to the lake was amazing every morning and sunset. Definitely recommend renting or bring a boat! Will definitely keep an eye out to see if this property is available in the future!

The Lily Pad - April 2024
We highly recommend "The Lily Pad" for a peaceful getaway! The property is beautiful and accurately described with stunning lake views and amenities like a grill and Solo stove for cozy evenings. The property manager was easy to reach and very helpful. Perfect for a relaxing day - I particularly enjoyed the reclining loungers for afternoon naps by the lake. Bring charcoal for the grill and firewood for the Solo stove and you're all set for a fantastic stay! We are already looking forward to another long weekend at "The Lily Pad!"

Great parking area, staircase or ramp for easy access to house. The place is nicely decorated, very clean! Comfy beds. No Wi-Fi is a draw back, but honestly just get off the internet for a couple days people! Haha
