"We’ve never been to ellijay, so when we were planning our stay and saw this studio I knew we needed to book it. It’s super cute and within walking distance to everything in that area. "This cottage was perfect for 2 people. It also has space for an additional 2 people (children?) in the loft upstairs but there is only one bathroom. The house itself is very small, but it has everything you need. The kitchen has a small fridge, a microwave and a small oven/stove. We rode the Hiwassee Loop on the train and this place met all our needs for an overnight stay. It would also be a great place to stay for a rafting trip on the Ocoee."

"We Love this place! 2nd time staying here. The only criticisms would be 1. The restaurant below the unit has an exhaust fan that makes the outside deck noisy for conversations 5 days a week. Also, if the wind is from the wrong direction, you get the food smells (good or bad). 2. The road noise at night might bother you if you are a light sleeper. But you can't beat the location to everything. We will stay again."

"We stayed at The Bowling Cottage for part of spring break. The cottage was absolutely gorgeous, had everything we needed for our stay, and was extremely clean. We enjoyed bowling and billiards at our leisure. Communication with the property manager was easy and clear, they are very responsive and helpful. The grounds are equally as impressive as the cottage. We enjoyed walking trails, the horses, and the beautiful buildings. The location was perfect as well. We felt secluded in the country...

Warm days and cooler nights were just what we were wanting and being able to enjoy them at the Magnolia made for the perfect getaway. The host was awesome to work with and we will recommend the Magnolia to anyone everyone we can. "
