"I had booked my stay for 10 days but checked out on the 3rd money. Staff were ok, but none of them spoke English apart from alexanderia. As the hotel didnt gave many guests everynight they would take off the a/c.it was boiling, the minibar wasn't working.All our drinks were hot. Its a nice hotel, with lovely decorations but no customer service or care for guests. Breakfast was basic and the menu is the same everyday. Situated next to a main road and with free parking on the premises, makes this hotel easy to acccess for travellers. The reception gladly provides you with a taxi to the city centre. It’s a cheap and convenient trip that takes 5-10 minutes and costs the equivalent to €2-3. And if you’re looking for a top dining at a reasonable price a taxi to Epoca...

"Station at Craiova away from centre, so do you stay near centre or station, if coming by train? The Rexton dolves that oroblem by being half way. Also quite close to the tram route."

"Great hotel in Craiova. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Everyone spoke english. Both rooms I stayed in were great. Beds were comfortable enough and my AC always worked. Some coworkers had trouble with theirs and the gym is just a bunch of cardio machines. Also not much to eat in the immediate vicinity, however the mall is not too far away. No major complaints would definitely stay here again."
