Each Flatfield House Luxury Cottage Accommodation features garden views, a flat-screen TV and tea/coffee making facilities. The village of Hillsborough is only a short 10-minute drive, and features a historic center filled with Georgian architecture. All our rooms/cottages feature garden views and come with two double beds and a twin room, all ensuite with power shower. All rooms are very spacious, light and airy, situated in the beautiful Irish countryside. Our aim is to make sure that you have nothing missing. If you have a request for anything in particular that is not the room please let us know. Breakfast can be provided at an extra cost on order - continental or cooked. A cot is available on request, for infants under two. *Guest access* Guest can use the living room in each Cottage/ and plenty of free car parking as we live on a farm. It very quite and we have a large garden that my mother and I love to be in all year round and our guest are welcome to have a walk around and enjoy the garden colour , ps only thing we ask please do not let dogs or cat's off into our private garden area. The deposit amount is tailored to the duration of your stay, seasonal considerations, and the size of your party. We maintain a smoke-free environment within the property. Should this policy be disregarded, additional charges will be incurred. We embrace the spirit of community and shared experiences; however, our property must be enjoyed with respect and consideration for others. We strictly prohibit parties or disruptive behaviour. To maintain this standard, we've installed noise and heat sensors to detect any unauthorized gatherings or additional guests. Should these alarms be triggered, our security team will intervene, and it may impact your security deposit. To ensure everyone's comfort, we observe a quiet time policy from 22:00 to 6:00 , allowing all guests to enjoy a restful environment.
