"Clean/Maintained Property. Location was on the correct side of the river to reach the boat launches. Plenty of room for 6 guys. Turn right out of driveway for a great burger at the Mo Inn. Turn left to get over to Izaaks for a nice meal. Check in was super easy, Zandy will text you in the am with door code and will look after you if something is needed. "Overall the house was nice, just a bit outdated but there was a note saying they were in the process of re-modeling parts of the house. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen essentials which was great. Nice big area to chill as a group together with comfortable chairs and a couch with a great view. We were there on a fishing and we had 3 vehicles with boats and there was plenty of room for parking. Nice quiet neighborhood as well. "
