"Stayed in large studio which was brand new. King size bed and generous bathroom. Tastefully decorated throughout, big flat screen tv, and brilliant location close to lake and shopping village. Complementary buffet breakfast was delicious and absolute value for money. Will definitely recommend and stay again."

"Felt right at home from the moment we arrived. With treats, bread and milk supplied. Room was nice and spacious. Great attention to detail. More amenities than a hotel room. We were blown away. Double glazed windows, fire place and location of our cabin was very private even though our neighbours were right next door. Positioning of all the ceiling to floor windows was well thought out. we saw lots of wildlife during our stay. Sonja couldn't do enough for us. She even looked after our dogs while we spent a morning at the snow fields. Staff are friendly and up for a chat. When it was snowfall the place was just MAGIC and surreal. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend. Our stay at Crackenback really made our time so enjoyable and memorable. We are still talking about it almost 3 weeks later."
